What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll focus on what you do best: advising clients and closing business.

• Consult with inbound leads and warm prospects (no “dialing for dollars”)
• Quote and sell Personal Lines (Auto/Home) and other lines as applicable (Life/Commercial opportunities available based on experience)
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate options
• Follow a structured sales process with coaching and accountability
• Document activity and pipeline updates in our CRM
• Maintain compliance standards and deliver a best-in-class customer experience

Who We’re Looking For

This role is for serious producers who want to be part of a growth agency and are motivated by performance.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines P&C license (in good standing)
• Proven sales performance in insurance (preferred)
• Strong phone presence and consultative sales skills
• Comfort with quoting multiple carriers/systems and staying organized
• Professional communication, follow-through, and integrity

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with cross-selling and multi-policy households
• Prior captive or independent agency experience
• Familiarity with CRM workflows and pipeline management
